Common questions

How do I sign in?
Runekeeper signs you in with an Ohhi account. New here? The same button on the sign-in page creates one, free. Prefer no password? Ask for a sign-in link by e-mail on the next screen.
How do I invite my players?
Open your campaign, go to Players and share the invite link. Anyone with the link joins as a player; a link expires after 7 days, and a new link stops every older one.
Who can read my notes?
Party notes are for everyone in the campaign. A private note is yours alone: it never shows up in search, previews or links for anyone else. A secret on a note goes only to the people you choose, and can stay hidden until a session you pick.
Why doesn’t a name become a link?
A name links when it matches the title or an alias of a note in the same campaign, as a whole word. Add an alias for other spellings. A private note only links for its author, and a party note never links to a private one.
How do sessions get into my calendar?
On the Sessions page, subscribe to the calendar feed in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook. Every session then shows up in your own agenda, and moves along when it is moved.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile and choose Delete account. It happens at once. For each campaign you run you pick who becomes the DM, or delete it. Your Ohhi account stays; you manage that at Ohhi.
What does Runekeeper cost?
Every word of your campaign is free, for the whole table: notes, sessions, inventory and maps. Uploading images uses the storage of your Ohhi account, and recording, recaps and asking your notes come with Ohhi Pro or Max.
