Your notes are yours.
Last updated 1 September 2026The short version. We store what you write so your table can read it. We don’t read it ourselves, we don’t sell it, and we don’t train anything on it. Private notes and secrets are visible only to the account that wrote them.
What we collect
Your email address, through your Ohhi account, and the content you put into campaigns: notes, sessions, inventory, maps and images. We use the address purely to sign you in and to send the session reminders your party set up. We don’t use analytics services that track you across sites.
Who can see what
Notes are visible to the members of their campaign, and technically to us for operating the service. Private notes and secrets are visible only to their author (or, when shared, the DM). Campaign owners can remove members; removed members lose access immediately. We won’t share or sell your data to anyone.
Uploads and storage
Images you upload are stored on object storage in the EU and count toward your Ohhi storage plan. Deleting an image, note, map or campaign removes the file.
AI features
Summaries can be generated with OpenAI, but only when you press the button: the text of that one note is sent, nothing else, and never automatically.
Leaving
Delete a campaign from its settings to remove everything in it. To delete your account entirely, use the feedback form and we will take care of it.
