Privacy policy

We care about your privacy. The short version: we ask for as little as possible, we keep your campaign private, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

We only ask for your email address, and we use it purely to sign you in. We track some activity on the site, but only at a broad, completely anonymous level. We don’t collect any other personal details, and we don’t use services like Google Analytics.

Personal information

Your email is kept secure and only used to help you sign in. Everything you add to the site — notes, sessions, inventory and maps — is only visible to people in your campaign, and technically to us. We won’t share or sell your data to anyone else.

AI and external services

We’re experimenting with integrations — for example OpenAI — to do things like summarize your notes. These are never automatic: you have to press a button before any information is sent to such a service. We never send personal information to conversion-tracking services.
